Raid on illegal medicine factory in Etawah, medicines and equipment seized!
During a raid on Gupta Pharma and Company in Etawah, illegal manufacturing of medicines without license was detected. The team seized medicines and equipment worth Rs 2.45 lakh. After examining the samples, the case will be presented in the court.

A team of drug inspectors and police support force led by Additional District Magistrate Etawah Abhinav Ranjan Srivastava and Assistant Commissioner Drugs Kanpur Division, Dinesh Kumar Tiwari raided Gupta Pharma & Company.
- Status of the firm: was operating without a pharmaceutical manufacturing license.
- Director's Statement: Rajeev Kumar Gupta admitted that he does not have any license to manufacture any medicine.

- Seized Material: Taken into custody under section 22(1)(cc) of the Medicines and Administration Materials Act, 1940.

- Sample Examination: After the result, a case will be registered in Hon'ble CJM Court, Etawah.
- This action has given a strong message against illegal drug manufacturing and unlicensed drug manufacturing. This case will be presented in the court, so that strict action can be taken against the concerned culprits.
