Scholars, politicians, litterateurs and saints of the district gathered at Jawaharlal Nehru Higher Secondary School, Hussainpur for the farewell function of senior clerk Surendra Singh Gaur. The school staff became emotional at the farewell of Surendra Singh Gaur who had served for more than 40 years. During the function, the speakers appreciated his contribution and wished him all the best for the new innings.

Emotional Farewell Ceremony: Origins and Significance

On Saturday, November 30, 2024, the retirement farewell function of Senior Clerk Surendra Singh Gaur was organized at Jawahar Lal Nehru Higher Secondary School, Hussainpur, Nawabganj, Farrukhabad. The program started at 11 am with the worship of Maa Veena Vadini by the school girls.
The prominent politicians, writers, social workers and saints of the district participated in this function. At the time of farewell, the staff of the school got emotional and bid farewell to Gaur Sahab with moist eyes.

Surendra Singh Gaur started his service in the school on 15 November 1983 and for 40 years won the hearts of everyone with his integrity and hard work. Sharing his experience, he said that both his first day and his last day were emotional for him. He said that retirement is not the end of life but a new beginning.
