Etah police arrested 2 wanted criminals in roadways driver murder case
Etah police disclosed the murder of roadways driver Bablu Kashyap and arrested criminals carrying a bounty of Rs. 20,000 each. The reason for the incident was said to be the kidnapping of the wife of the accused by the son of the deceased. Police recovered the illegal guns and shells used in the murder and sent the accused to jail.

On October 23, 2024, Roadways bus driver Bablu Kashyap was brutally shot dead in New Rewari Mohalla.

Reason for murder: Family dispute
According to the police station in-charge Rajesh Kumar, the reason for the incident was that the wife of the accused Teja alias Tej Pal was evicted by the son of the deceased. This enmity led to the murder.
Arrest and seizure of accused
On the tip of the informer, the police arrested the two accused, Teja alias Tej Pal and Ranjit (son of Om Prakash, resident of Nabli, police station Awagarh) during checking on Aliganj Road Bypass.
