Batting against South Africa in the fourth T20 match, India scored 283/1 in 20 overs. Tilak Verma and Sanju Samson created history by making an unbeaten partnership of 210 runs in just 86 balls for the second wicket.
- Tilak Verma : Scored his second consecutive century in T20 by completing a century in 41 balls. He scored 120 runs in 47 balls, which included 10 sixes and 9 fours.
- Sanju Samson : He completed his century in 51 balls and scored 109* runs in 56 balls. His innings included 9 sixes and 6 fours.
Historical Score of India
India's 283/1 is the second-highest score in T20 cricket between two Full Member nations. Samson and Tilak's partnership holds the record for India's highest T20I partnership for any wicket.
