The court clearly said that no government has the right to snatch the property of any citizen without proper legal basis. The court clearly said that demolishing the house of the accused on the basis of mere suspicion is unconstitutional and this type of action is a violation of Article 300A of the Constitution, in which the right to property has been considered important.

Former Chief Justice objected to Bulldozer Justice

The former Chief Justice also commented on this matter and said that 'bulldozer justice' is against the rule of law and allowing it is like demolishing the right to property of a person under the Constitution. On September 17, the Supreme Court had temporarily banned bulldozer action so that the legal aspects of such action could be looked into.
