Uttar Pradesh Assembly by-election Big Breaking: SP candidate demands cancellation of by-election
During the Kundarki assembly by-election, Samajwadi Party candidate Haji Rizwan boycotted the election process and demanded its cancellation. He wrote a letter to the Election Commission alleging that only one section is being allowed to vote and the other section is being lathi-charged. SP has demanded re-election and has appealed for deployment of paramilitary forces.

Haji Rizwan, Samajwadi Party candidate from Moradabad's Kundarki assembly seat, made serious allegations about the voting process. He said that the administration has allowed only a particular class to vote, while people of other classes are being beaten with sticks and intimidated.

demand for cancellation of election
Haji Rizwan, in a letter to the Election Commission, demanded that the Kundarki by-election be cancelled immediately. He said that the next election should be conducted under the supervision of paramilitary forces by removing the Uttar Pradesh Police.
Samajwadi Party boycotted the elections
Haji Rizwan wrote in the letter, "This election has been conducted in a monarchical manner rather than a democratic manner. Samajwadi Party boycotts this election."

Voting is going on in 9 seats
Today, by-elections are being held on 9 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh, out of which Kundarki seat has been the most controversial. Other seats include Kathari, Karhal, Meera Pur, Ghaziabad, Majhawan, Sisamau, Khair and Phulpur.
