During this time, he saw some papers in the hand of a policeman and he took those papers from the hand of the policeman to see for himself.

A video of the entire incident has gone viral, in which Chandrashekhar is seen asking policemen questions about the voter list. He asked the policemen why they have voter list and are they submitting Aadhaar card. The policemen clarified that it was part of their routine process, but Chandrasekhar accused it of interfering in the election process and appealed for fair elections.


Political equation of Kunderki seat
Kundarki assembly seat has been dominated by Samajwadi Party for a long time. The seat has been held by the SP since 2002, and the seat fell vacant after Ziaur Rahman Bark, who won in 2022, became the MP from Moradabad. At present, the Samajwadi Party has nominated Haji Mohammad Rizwan, while the Bharatiya Janata Party has given the ticket to Ramveer Singh Thakur from this seat. This seat is a Muslim-majority area, so in this by-election, the focus of all political parties is on Kunderki.
