Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath shared his thoughts at the 425th Avatran (Birth Anniversary) ceremony of Baba Kinaaram at Baba Kinaaram Math in Ramgarh, Chandauli. He stated, "No saint or yogi can ever be a slave to power. On the contrary, they inspire society to follow their path. 425 years ago, Baba Kinaaram proved this through divine meditation."
The Chief Minister highlighted the legacy of Baba Kinaaram, noting that his life was filled with miracles. He mentioned how Baba Kinaaram influenced and warded off the then-ruler, Shah Jahan, through his spiritual power and performed many significant works for the welfare of society.
Yogi Adityanath said, "The result of Baba Kinaaram's divine meditation is still evident today. The Kreen Kund established in Kashi is proof that he unified various meditation practices in India." He further emphasized that India's enslavement was due to foreign invaders' success in dividing society. Saints and yogis unite society and work for national interest, social welfare, and human well-being under their guidance.
The Chief Minister paid homage to Baba Kinaaram, saying, "I was supposed to attend a program in Sonbhadra, but by Baba's grace, I had the privilege to come here. Baba Kinaaram was a divine personality who attained unique accomplishments through meditation and used them for the welfare of society and the nation. He united Dalits, tribals, and various sections of society and established a discrimination-free society, something only a saint or yogi can achieve."
The CM mentioned, "When a medical college was being built in Chandauli, our MLA and MP suggested naming it after Baba Kinaaram. I believed that a medical college would be a true tribute to him. Today, that medical college will serve as a means for people's better health and happiness."
