The dispute over the garbage disposal centre has escalated in Kamaluddinpur village of Farrukhabad. The Gram Panchayat members have started the process of preparing a no-confidence motion against Pradhan Ritu Pathak. During this, Pradhan's husband Sudhanshu Pathak was accused of misbehaving with Bharatiya Kisan Union Tikait's block president Anees Singh Sonu and other members and threatening to kill them. The complaint has been lodged in Fatehgarh police station.

Controversy over garbage disposal centre deepens
A dispute arose in Kamaluddinpur village of Rajepur block regarding the construction of a garbage disposal center and administrative irregularities. 7 out of 13 members of the Gram Panchayat complained to the City Magistrate against Pradhan Ritu Pathak. After this, the process of preparing a no-confidence motion began.
Serious allegations against Pradhan's husband
Amidst the news of no-confidence motion being prepared, Pradhan Ritu Pathak's husband Sudhanshu Pathak allegedly misbehaved with the Panchayat members and Bharatiya Kisan Union Tikait 's block president Anees Singh Sonu who had reached the Collectorate . Panchayat members allege that Sudhanshu Pathak, along with his associates, threatened them and said that he would kill them.

farmers protested
After the incident, a large number of farmers including Bhartiya Kisan Union Tikait 's Bundelkhand Kanpur Zone Vice President Prabhakant Mishra , District President Arvind Shakya , District Legal Advisor and Spokesperson Ajay Katiyar reached Fatehgarh police station. They condemned the incident and demanded strict action against the culprits.
Complaint filed, action demanded
Block president Anees Singh Sonu lodged a written complaint with the Kotwali in-charge informing him about the incident. Farmer leaders said that strict action should be taken against Pradhan's husband Sudhanshu Pathak so that the democratic process in the Panchayat is not disrupted.

The Gram Panchayat members have prepared an affidavit of no-confidence motion against the Pradhan regarding irregularities in the construction of the garbage disposal centre and village development works.
